My son has notoriously stinky feet, like clear-the-room-stinky feet. I've tried shoe sprays and they just don't work. His shoes he has now are even anti-odor lined but that didn't seem to help at all, they were unbearable after 2 days of wearing. My sister had a bottle of your powder at her house that her husband wasn't using so she said it's worth a try. I tried it out for the first time this morning in my son's already horribly stinky shoes and crossed my fingers hoping I wouldn't be gassed out when he got home. He took off his shoes today and it was like angels were singing. Our usual routine is he takes off his shoes, the room starts to fill up with stench and then I demand he throw his socks down into our basement to get washed and we just deal with the residual smell until it goes away. This time he took his shoes off and I was in shock. I mean there was a little bit of stink if I went up close to his socks or shoes but he actually was walking around our house in his socks and I could not smell his feet. I immediately looked up your product and ordered more. My daughter has a pair of shoes that I was about to throw out bc they stink to high heaven too, but now I'm going to try the powder and I'm confident they will still be able to be worn. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. This is literally life-changing for us. I always worried about what other kids in his class would think if they ever had to take their shoes off at school, or if he went to a friend's house and took off his shoes I could just imagine the mother's face. I wish I had this stuff growing up because I was pretty much in the same boat. It will be used in our entire family's shoes from now on. I started using this stuff in 2015 when I saw it for sale at a climbing gym. My climbing shoes were beyond gross and I thought I was going to have to throw them away. This stuff worked! My shoes were salvaged. Beyond that, however, I noticed that my overall foot health improved greatly. Athletes foot that had plagued me since high school football went away as well as other issues. Overall this is just a really good product and it smells great. My wife loves it and started using it herself. Best stuff on the market.

After a few years of using those big disinfectant and deodorizing spray cans you see (and often smell) at the gym, I was skeptical when I switched to Friendly Foot's "lavender tea" powder. But I have kiddos and pets at home, and I knew I needed something safer than those smelly, toxic spray cans. Right away, my shoes and gear closet where I keep my rack and other gear immediately starting smelling like a flower-filled meadow and not like a locker room. (This has improved domestic relations with my partner considerably.) The powder is cruelty-free and made with organic essential oils and boric acid powder -- not baking soda, just in case you have a baking soda sensitivity. Friendly Foot's website says, "Your shoes will never smell again after you use Friendly Foot powder or spray", and in my case it turned out to be true. Now I'm a paying customer and even occasionally use FF on my other shoes, too -- not just my climbing shoes.

When I received my product, I used it in my work boots. After the first use, I was able to notice a difference. So far, I am happy.

I found Friendly Foot years ago at my climbing gym in San Francisco and have been using it ever since. My climbing shoes last much longer because they stay fresh and with no stinky smells. I've also got my teenager son to use it and he describes it as "It makes your shoes feel like you are walking in the clouds".

Highly Recommend! Writing this as I'm buying several more bottles/canisters for myself and for gifts. The deodorizer works great and leaves a mild, neutral smell–not an overpowering/cover-up smell. The powder is inert and not irritating...plays well with knit wool socks and neoprene and leather...and the bottle sprinkle/puff application works really well and is, importantly, not annoying to use! I use this regularly and a container lasts almost a whole year.

A few years ago I had to retire my climbing shoes. This wasn't due to wear, it was due to a terrible stink that had developed over marathon climbing sessions at the gym, to build up climbing endurance. Determined to not have my new pair of shoes suffer the same fate I started researching the problem and that is when I discovered Friendly Foot. Almost 2 weeks I have been using powder for work boots(1 month old boots). After 2 weeks of working in new boots an odor already has show it’s ugly face. I know this because of wife saying I can’t believe those are your new boots smelling. Since applying the powder after a hard day of work there is no more odor at all. My boots are allowed in the house at night. Amazing product and a life long customer. I use the spray on all other sneakers and also smell has disappeared. I cannot be more pleased.
